Dr. Rajiv P. Junne is a voracious learner, an astute soft-skills trainer and educator by choice. He serves as a faculty member at SVKM NMIMS Global University, School of Technology Management & Engineering, Dhule (MS). Holding a Ph.D. and M. Phil. in English, along with an MBA in HRM, he has also qualified the MH-SET in English. With over 18 years of teaching experience under Mumbai University, Dr. Junne has made significant academic contributions by publishing numerous research papers in National and International Scopus and UGC Care-listed journals. He authored "Identity and Gender in Postcolonial Multiculturalism" edited "Perspectives on Business Communication in the Digital Age", & " Creative Disruption: Impact of AI on English Language & Literature Studies" in addition to contributing several book chapters. Known for his learner-centric and value-based teaching approach, he has gained recognition for his effective integration of technology in education through Flipped and Blended Classroom pedagogies. His areas of expertise include English, Communication, HRM, British Postcolonial Literature and Phonetics, making him a distinguished academician and a valued mentor.
