Dr. Abhishek Kanugo is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Pharmaceutics with extensive experience in pharmaceutical education, research, and innovation. He qualified for the prestigious Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in 2007, conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, and was awarded the AICTE scholarship for pursuing higher studies in Pharmaceutics. Throughout his academic career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and professional development. With more than a decade of experience in pharmacy education, Dr. Kanugo possesses a unique blend of academic expertise, student mentoring, and research leadership. He is widely recognized for his ability to transform classroom learning into practical knowledge by fostering critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and industry-relevant skills among students. His student-centric approach emphasizes innovation, hands-on training, and outcome-based learning, preparing future pharmacists and researchers to excel in the evolving pharmaceutical landscape. His research interests encompass novel drug delivery systems, lipid-based nanocarriers, oral thin films, solubility enhancement technologies, and controlled drug delivery approaches. Through numerous research publications, patents, project guidance, and scholarly contributions, Dr. Kanugo has significantly advanced pharmaceutical research while nurturing a culture of scientific inquiry among young researchers.
